Program
Program name: OCRP Updates
Sender: Oakland County Republican Party (OCRP)
OCRP Updates sends recurring text messages to people who have opted in, about volunteer opportunities, event reminders, election and voting updates, yard sign availability, and fundraising requests from the Oakland County Republican Party. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Opting in
You join by checking the text-message box on an OCRP form at oaklandgop.org (for example, our volunteer and yard sign notification forms) and entering your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked, and agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of volunteering, receiving a yard sign, attending an event, or making any purchase or donation. You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission, and be 18 or older.
Opting out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing ExecutiveDirector@OaklandGOP.org or calling (248) 499-7288.
Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at ExecutiveDirector@OaklandGOP.org or (248) 499-7288.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy.
